Arts Management
I have been creating and leading arts programming for over twenty years. As an arts manager I am an obsessive collaborator and bring my skills as researcher to the table by centring curiosity, listening, and community need.

Administrative Intern
People’s Theatre Project is a social justice theatre company elevating the voice of New York City’s immigrants through professional theatre projects and educational programming.
During my graduate school internship with PTP I supported both the education director and development director during a period of growth and transition as they prepared to open the largest performing arts centre in Uptown Manhattan.
For the education team I created the education team’s systems Excel database that resulted in the documentation of clear, consistent processes across PTP’s network of over thirty partner schools that serve New York City public school students, a system that serves over one million students who speak 150 languages. I also consulted with education team as they finalised their six-year academy core social justice theatre curriculum.
For the development team I wrote numerous public and private grant applications, conducted research on new grant and fundraising opportunities, and assisted in the planning of both the professional company’s opening night celebration and PTP’s annual gala.

Founding Board Member
Scarlet Sock Foundation increases the number of people from underrepresented populations involved in theatre by providing grants for theatre classes, the development of new plays, ticket purchases, field trips, visiting artists, childcare, and more. Our approach is holistic and rooted in love.
Since 2019 SSF has made an impact in high-need, high poverty areas in Western Massachusetts by awarding over $60,000 in grant money to 13 arts organisations.
For the launch of SSF I collaborated on the 1023 form for the IRS to gain 501-C3 status, drafted grant criteria, wrote a strategic plan and mission statement, and drafted a database of grant recipients to track the impact of our work.
Currently I maintain said databases in the Google Suite, MailChimp, and Givebutter, stay up to date on research demonstrating the efficacy of arts education to better advocate for our work, organise SSF’s fundraising initiatives, and lead the social media team.

Director of the Williston Theatre
The Williston Northampton School is a boarding and day school serving 450 students from across the globe.
As director of the Williston Theatre from 2009-2021, in addition to teaching and directing, I led all aspect of the programme including course offerings, four annual productions in the 250+ seat Williston Theatre, scope and sequence of theatre curriculum, budget, publicity, enrolment, programme mission, and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion ideals. I was an advocate for the programme and our students with the school administration, admission team, and communications department.
While at Williston I was invited to join the Strategic Planning Committee who were tasked with creating a vision for the school aligned with our mission resulting in direct fundraising mandates for a new campus master plan and teacher training programmes.
